Looking at Parkour, after John Towsen. Then at Russian combat technique for safe rolling ('Systema'), we spent a day considering falling, which is a big problem to people, whatever our age. Children trip on the kerb, elderly people lose their balance, healthy people over reach. We listed all our reasons for falling (peculiar reasons, and common reasons) and then we tried to create a scene with a tumble. This one is about a dog running into human legs.

Kurt

So when you land Not like this I know it’s noisy - but Maybe this side you can bang - but So you landing along the torso, the hip But anyway you are low enough down By the time.. You so low you not really falling you only coming down. Yes - yes and do that again but this time stick your leg - right up like this (demonstrates) Ok so lets see the scene: you’re walking She walks The dog runs through her legs (bang on the tambourine) She gets bowled over (Laughter) Don’t think about the actual dog coming. I will concentrate in the dog.

So don’t even think about it.

So you are acting - don’t act Thing is is speed is good.
